IC SOUTH provides analog and mixed signal layout for standard and hard environements applications. We have a high expertise in almost all technologies such as UMC, TSMC, Global Foundries, XFAB in the process nodes from 1um up to 7 nm, in Bulk and SOI technologies.

Our analog layout team has expertise in doing layouts for

• Testchips with up to 256 pads, and hard constraints on the electomigration rules and parasitics inductor of the packages
